Overview

Launched during my PhD (2018–2021) and continuing today, this research program applies modern data science to improve outcomes and quality of life for people with breast cancer. We combine clinical registries, electronic health records, and patient-reported outcomes with machine learning (ML), automated ML (AutoML), and explainable AI (XAI) to generate actionable insights for clinicians, patients, and policymakers.
